Malibu spans roughly 21 miles of coastline, and nearly every delivery arrives via PCH or an inland connector such as Malibu Canyon Road or Kanan Dume Road. Ready-mix has a limited useful life after batching, so travel time and site access directly affect how we sequence a large pour. Beachfront lots with no truck staging area often mean line pumping or boom placement instead of a direct chute pour.
